I designed and led the implementation of a Brand Voice feature that gives customers greater control over AI-generated content. By ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and syntax rules, this feature builds trust in AI and encourages adoption and usage. It enables marketers to confidently create content that reflects their brand’s unique voice and style.

I led the design of Knak's first AI-powered feature: the Subject Line and Preview Text AI Assistant, powered by Google Gemini. This feature was designed to help users craft high-performing subject lines and preview text with ease, optimizing email campaigns for better engagement. I collaborated closely with Google on early iterations, ensuring the integration of their advanced Gemini AI technology into our platform. The result was a feature that not only enhanced user productivity but also reinforced Knak’s reputation for innovation in marketing technology.

The Knak AI Translations features are divided into two key areas: Knak AI Translations and Translation Integrations. We developed our own AI Translation capabilities while also integrating with leading translation service providers like Smartling, TransPerfect, and Lazarus to cater to enterprise customers. Additionally, we expanded these capabilities to the Knak API, enabling customers to connect their own external applications with Knak AI Translations for even greater flexibility.

In collaboration with Google, I developed a new Campaign Generation Experience for Knak, powered by Google Gemini Generative AI. This feature enables users to quickly create entire marketing campaigns—including email and landing page content—by uploading a campaign brief. Announced at Adobe Summit 2024, the launch sparked significant excitement and interest, highlighting Knak’s innovative approach to marketing technology.

As the Design Lead at InFlight, I designed and developed a new product offering called InFlight Aura, a complete solution for creating a better candidate experience. InFlight Aura reduced application times by 50%, leading to a 194% increase in candidate conversion rates. Additionally, it enhanced candidate satisfaction, with over 80% of applicants reporting a positive experience.

I designed several new Personalization features for the Knak Editor, most notably the Dynamic Content feature that enables customers to create content targeted to specific segments. This feature has unlocked personalization for marketers who can now acheive better outcomes and engagement with end users without requiring to write code or have access to marketing automation platforms.

I lead the design of several Apps in the Employee Experience space - mainly targeting workflows to improve the onboarding experience for new employees who need to add personal, financial, benefits enrollment, expenses, time tracking and more. Our solution was transformational resulting in 90% increase in usage rates on mobile and a 75% decrease in time to complete some of the most critical activities.

I designed a new Approvals hub experience for managers to see all of their pending approvals in one spot. This streamlined their workflows and greatly improved the completion and accuracy of Approvals in the system. It centralized the approval process and it saved Managers tons of time, increased accessibility and fully mobile.

I redesigned the Timesheet Entry experience for IBM, Towson University, and Pro Unlimited. The Timesheet application provides a calendar-like view of their timesheet with visual feedback track and verify project time, book vacation or request overtime hours.
