In collaboration with Google, I developed a new Campaign Generation Experience for Knak, powered by Google Gemini Generative AI. This feature enables users to quickly create entire marketing campaigns—including email and landing page content—by uploading a campaign brief. Announced at Adobe Summit 2024, the launch sparked significant excitement and interest, highlighting Knak’s innovative approach to marketing technology.

Opportunity Mapping

I mapped out the Business Objectives and Opportunities using the Opportunity Solution Tree(OST) framework.

Lean UX Development

I work with the Product and Engineering teams collaboratively as a Product Triad. I write the epics and the success metrics that we defined in the Opportunity solution tree. I prototype using Figma or in code, define the acceptance critera and update all of the stories for review. We prioritize the implementation to deliver the most value early and often for our customers.
