InFlight / 2019-2021
Product Showcase
Gave prospects a clearer view of InFlight's product value while letting marketing publish customer stories independently and helping sales demonstrate transformation in context.
Design Highlights
Overview
Product Showcase was a sales-focused marketing website designed and built to showcase InFlight's product portfolio, customer success stories, and interactive demos. Built with Hugo static site generator and Forestry CMS, the site enabled the marketing team to update content independently without requiring developer involvement.
Challenge
The sales team needed a compelling digital presence to showcase InFlight's products and customer success stories to prospects. The existing marketing materials didn't effectively communicate the product's capabilities or the transformation it delivered for enterprise clients. Additionally, the marketing team needed the ability to update content quickly without depending on development resources for every change.
Approach
Designed and implemented a responsive marketing website that balanced visual appeal with clear product storytelling. Chose Hugo as the static site generator for performance and Forestry CMS as the content management layer, giving the marketing team a visual editing interface to manage content independently. Focused on showcasing real customer transformations and product capabilities through interactive demos and success stories.
Solution
Built a responsive marketing website with Hugo and Forestry CMS featuring product demos, customer success stories, and clear product positioning. The CMS integration gave the marketing team full autonomy to create and update content, including case studies, product pages, and marketing materials, without needing developer support. The site showcased InFlight's product portfolio with interactive elements that demonstrated the before-and-after transformation of legacy enterprise systems.
Impact
Prospects could see InFlight's products and customer transformations in context rather than relying on static sales materials. Marketing gained self-service control over product pages and success stories, while sales received a credible tool for enterprise conversations. For InFlight, the showcase improved sales enablement and removed development as a bottleneck for keeping customer-facing content current.
Key Learnings
The most impactful design decision wasn't visual. It was choosing a CMS architecture that gave marketing full content autonomy. A site that requires developer updates for every change becomes a bottleneck regardless of how well it's designed. Selecting Hugo for performance and Forestry for editing lowered the barrier to content updates so much that the marketing team could iterate on messaging independently.
